Boost His Over-Indulgent Ego!
Introducing..... Hug A Tom Week! That's right folks, now every year, between October 10th-16th, you have a whole week to find someone named Tom and hug them! You get extra points for hugging more than one Tom or for dancing with him. And dancing with more than one Tom is certainly commendable indeed. Sorry I told you a bit late this year, with only 3 days left to hug a Tom. Celebrate the week while ya can! Let me know when you've celebrated. So far only me, Crystal, and Bethany have any points for hugging Toms, with Crystal getting extra points for hugging the same Tom twice, and dancing with him once. The race is on!

Today I took a cat-nap. With the cat. Ha! After I'd curled up in my bed around 4, Sergei jumped up next to me (he must have been napping somewhere else in my room after sneaking in the front door). We were both out pretty quickly. We slept for three hours, and he laid his head on my arm. How cute. I l<3 my cat!
I have become quite obsessed with the Plain White Ts/Dynamite Boy promo cd Tom so generously gave us for free at the show. That silly "My Only One" song is awesome, I've listened to it four times tonight already. It's a wonderful dancing song. It almost sounds Spanish. And singing it at the concert, Tom, in all black with his red jacket, looked somewhat like a torreador. Hilarious! Poor guy. Anyway, I played it when I woke up from my nap and I was dancing around the living room to it, making up my own steps and clapping like a little Spanish dancer. It was merrily witty.
Dictionary.com is my friend. It even has a thesaurus, which is the best part.
Tomorrow I am going to see some immediately nameless Christian comedian with the Scherners. I'm excited. It should be alot of fun. I feel like Toby on Seinfeld going, "Oh, this is so exciting! I've never been to a comedy club before!" but I haven't! Oh well, I am not as annoying as she is. I can't even remember the last time I went to dinner and something proper like this. It's been years.
Ok, make that 8 times I've listened to "My Only One" tonight. Or maybe 9. I've lost count. It has a fun little opening bass line! Fab!

Hehe, My Dad's a Tom :-D I hug him at least once a day (usually more though) and I have danced with him a couple times this week. How many points is that?
